Return policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase at You may return most un-opened, un-used, non-clearanced, non-downloadable product still in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a customer credit or refund. Carefully pack the product(s) to avoid damage in transit.

Claims for damaged products must be made within 15 days of receipt. Please keep damaged shipping box in case we need to file a USPS or FedEx claim. We may ask for picture of damaged item (and shipping box) to forward to the manufacturer and/or shipping carrier. We will elect to refund your payment or reship the damaged items free of charge via standard shipping methods. If you receive an item in damaged condition, please save all packaging and contact Customer Support directly. 

For orders shipping within the US or its territories, a customer credit or refund will be issued if the damaged item is valued under $10.  If the item has a higher value and is in stock, you may have the choice between a customer credit or reshipment.  For orders shipping outside of the US, a customer credit will be issued if the value is below $20.  Items with a higher value and are available may be reshipped or a customer credit issued. 

Non-packaged stickers, idea books, COPIC MARKERS, special orders and magazines are not returnable. Papers and cardstocks sold by the sheet are not returnable.  Products that have been opened or used may not be returned. Items whose description is marked “final sale” and all items discounted 35% or more are considered final sale, and may not be returned.  Items that are returned to us that do not qualify as a return item will not be shipped back to the customer nor will any refund be issued. We do not exchange items because additional shipping costs are required.  The original shipping charge as well as the return shipping cost is non-refundable and is the responsibilty of the returnee.

To return an item:

  • Please contact us first for an RMA #
  • Ship the item to us freight prepaid; shipping costs are not refundable
  • Include a copy of the original packing slip
  • Please contact us if you receive a damaged product due to shipping (do not ship it back to us); save the damaged box

No credit will be issued for non-returnable products.  Once we receive your returned product, we will issue you a store credit.  If you placed your order using a credit card and would like the return amount refunded to your card, please include this request with your return.  If you paid for your order via PayPal® and would like a refund to your PayPal® account, please let us know.  We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee on all returns. Returns are processed within 7 business days once it arrives in our warehouse. All returned items must be received by Stickers Galore  in the same condition as when the items left our warehouse.  We do not offer a product exchange program.  Please place a new order for any newly desired items.

Returned items must be shipped to Stickers Galore with a trackable shipping service such as UPS or FedEx with signature delivery. In the rare event of shipment damages or non-delivery, you will then be able to file a claim with your shipper. If we do not receive your returned package, we will not be able to issue your refund. You may return your package to us via USPS at your own risk.

Gift Return: If you receive an order from as a gift, and do not want it, you may easily return it to us per our return policy above.  The credit or refund will be issued to the purchaser.
