Shipping rates are calculated on the weight and size of the products ordered including the packaging that they are being shipped in, the distance the package has to travel, and the selected shipping method. International shipping rates include handling and insurance fees to guarantee quick and safe arrival of the order.
Quickly and easily find out how much it will cost to ship your order by adding items to your shopping cart and then by clicking into My Basket and finding the Calculate Shipping option. Simply select your country from the drop down list or enter your postal or zip code to get an accurate estimate of the shipping costs of your order. You do not need to input any payment information to view shipping cost options.
If you live in mid-Michigan and would like to pick up your order at our Warehouse location in Saginaw, just select the FREE Local Pickup shipping option when checking out. Our warehouse hours are 9-5, Mon-Fri (excluding major holidays). Local orders MUST be paid for before we can pick and package your order.
We ship with the United States Postal Service and FedEx. When you select Standard Shipping, we will ship your order with the least expensive carrier and method. You may also select Expedited shipping, both within the United States and Internationally. (Overnight, 2nd Day, 3rd Day).
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days from our warehouse in Saginaw, Michigan, depending on the volume of orders currently being processed. Domestic orders will generally arrive 1-7 business days after being shipped depending on shipping method selected.
In-House Rush is available as you check out for an additional charge of $1.95 plus cost of shipment. Rush orders are guaranteed to leave our warehouse by the next business day. The Rush This Order option does not guarantee a faster delivery method. US Domestic orders that select expedited shipping (Overnight, 2nd Day, 3rd Day) as well as International orders that select UPS Worldwide Expedited or Express are automatically upgraded to Free in-house Rush.
Rushed orders must be placed before 2pm Eastern Standard Time (Monday-Friday) to qualify for processing within the next business day. Orders placed after 2pm will ship within one business days. Same day processing may be available if the order is placed by 10am EST (Monday - Friday). However, it is not guaranteed. We suggest calling our Customer Support Department for more information. Liability of this guarantee is limited to the amount of Shipping and Handling for your order. Orders placed on or near a holiday may be delayed one or more business days.
Expedited Delivery Options
(3-day Express, 2nd Day & Overnight) are available to most locations. All Expedited options are delivered Monday through Friday (excluding holidays and weekends). Overnight orders placed by 10am EST will be processed that same day. Expedited orders placed after 10am EST will be processed by the next business day (Monday - Friday excluding holidays). Liability of this guarantee is limited to the amount of Shipping and Handling for your order.
Our warehouse ships orders Monday thru Friday. The day the order is submitted does not count as a delivery or processing day. We highly suggest calling our Customer Support department directly to ensure your merchandise will arrive when needed.
We frequently get questions about why we offer an in-house rush service-- why everyone's order cannot be shipped automatically the next business day. That is our goal, but...
When you place your order, there may be hundreds of orders in the picking que ahead of yours. We think it's only fair that we process orders in the order they are received to us, with very few exceptions. The number of orders at any given time greatly fluctuates. Sometimes we get a few days behind, it happens, even with our warehouse shipping crew working overtime. That's where the Rush option comes in. We think it's only fair that those who wish to be bumped to the front of the line should have to pay for it. When it comes right down to it, by offering a in-house Rush option, we are able to reduce shipping costs across the board with free/reduced shipping promotions.
With the in-house Rush option, everyone wins. Those who really need their order quickly pay an extra $1.95 to jump to the head of the line. Those who would rather save on shipping costs may do so as well by not selecting the Rush option. ACOT wins as well by not having to bring in temporary employees during our peak times - we have found that the large number of mis-picked orders greatly increases when we bring in temps. By offering the Rush option, it helps us keep our costs down which in turn allows us to pass on savings to our customers in the form of promo codes, sales and great deals.
Delivery Time Estimates
US Domestic shipping is based on the weight of your order and the destination address' distance from our Michigan warehouse. Additional delivery time should be expected to shipments going to US Military addresses.
We reserve the right to limit order amounts for international orders.
Not all delivery methods are available to all countries. If a shipping option is selected that is unavailable in your area, you will be notified via email. Stated delivery estimates DO NOT include processing times. We cannot be held responsible for delays in shipments due to local Postal or Customs issues.
We highly recommend the use of MyUs.com to our international customers as an alternate shipping method. Order amounts will not be limited using this method.

Orders that are shipped Priority Mail/Fed-EX will be issued a tracking number. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the Priority Mail/Fed-EX tracking number of your shipment. The tracking number may also be viewed in your My Account section.
Orders that are shipped USPS Priority will be issued a USPS delivery confirmation number. This number will be available in your My Account section once the package has been shipped.
Problems With Order
Claims for damaged products must be made within 15 days of receipt. Please keep damaged shipping box in case we need to file a USPS or FedEx claim. We may ask for picture of damaged item (and shipping box) to forward to the manufacturer and/or shipping carrier. We will elect to refund your payment or reship the damaged items free of charge via standard shipping methods. If you receive an item in damaged condition, please save all packaging and contact Customer Support directly.
If your order has not arrived in a reasonable time, please contact us. Keep in mind that only FedEx shipments have guaranteed delivery dates. USPS shipments may take up to 2 weeks if shipped 1st Class Mail and up to 7 days if shipped Standard. USPS International shipments may take up to 8 weeks for delivery.

You may return most un-used, un-opened, non-downloadable products still in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a customer credit or refund. No return will be accepted without an authorized RMA #. Returned products must be sent to our Michigan office in their original condition within 60 days of product receipt. All returns after 60 days or without a valid RMA # will be processed at our discretion. Refunds are usually processed within 14 days of receipt of a valid return. We do not exchange items because additional shipping costs are required.
Unpackaged paper and stickers are not returnable. Single sheets of non-packaged paper/cardstock, idea books. special orders and magazines are not returnable. Opened or used products are not returnable. Items whose description is marked “final sale” and all items discounted 40% or more are considered final sale, and may not be returned for any reason.
No credit will be issued for non-returnable products. If a return is received without prior approval (RMA #) a 20% restocking fee may be charged.
To return an item:
Once we receive your returned product, we will issue you a store credit. Occasionally, a written description of the details of the return may be required which can be submitted via email or fax.

If you placed your order using a credit card and would like the return amount refunded to your card, please provide the credit card number and expiration date as we do not keep this information on file. If your credit card number is not included with the return or you paid using an alternate method, you will be issued a customer credit. You may also choose to call in your credit card information after you have been notified (via email) of the receipt of your return. All returned items must be received by A Cherry On Top in the same condition as when the items left our warehouse.
