Cosmic Flare Stencil - i-Crafter

A crafting stencil that is designed to rotate and flip to create different patterns. Stencil opening is 4 1/4" x 5 1/2". Ink half of the stencil, rotate and ink to create a layer of different colors. Flip the stencil and repleat to create more layers of colors. The final result is overlapping layers of different colored bands. 4 1/4 x 5 1/2
