BEST TONE-Premium Best-Test Rubber Paper Cement. Best-Test is acid free and made with a specially-blended and treated formula which uses pure natural white rubber from the Far East. Unlike multi- purpose glues, Best-Test does not shrink or wrinkle the paper when adhering them. Crafters use Best-Test for many applications including masking for rubber stamping, balloon decoration, stain glass, scrap booking, leather craft, etc. This package contains one 4oz can of rubber cement.
