We make these vibrant, exciting paints from pigments made from minerals such as Amethyst, Hematite and Jadeite. The raw mineral "rocks" we search the world over for, are ground into pigments, mixed with gum Arabic and milled to make our gorgeous watercolor paints!

Nearly all PrimaTek paints have granulating properties which gives these watercolors wonderful texture and depth, which some artists have described as being "magical".
